Return Policy; Return costs in case of cancellation

We warrant a prompt and careful fulfillment of your order. The merchandise is usually shipped within two days after receipt of payment.
Holidays or weekends might cause slight delays in shipment.

All contracts arranged through the online shop are subject to our Terms of Service.
All received merchandise has to be checked for integrity, quality and possible defects. Complaints have to be issued within 48 hours after receipt in written form or via telephone.
Should you desire a return you are required to notify us in text form (e.g. via letter, fax, e-mail…). Our customer service will then immediately get in touch with you for further arrangements.
Please be aware that only unopened and unused merchandise can be returned and that we can not accept returns without proper stamping.
Packaging and Shipping
If the customer is eligible to a return and the merchandise matches the order and does not exceed the value of 40€ or if, at a higher value, the customer has, at the time of cancellation, not yet paid the amount in full or through contractually agreed installments, return shipment fees are payable by the customer. In all other cases the fees are payable by the merchant.
Package material is on us. Delivery charges are shown within your shopping cart according to shipment address and order value.
Up to a weight of 2 kg national delivery costs are just 4,90 €, above that 5,90 €.
Orders within Germany above 60 € are delivered free of charge.
Up to a weight of 2kg shipment costs within the EU are 8,90€, up to 5 kg 17,00 €, beyond that 22,00€.
Orders within the EU above 100 € are delivered free of charge.
For worldwide orders we calculate a flat fee of 35€.
Orders outside of the EU might be subject to additional charges in the form of taxes, tariffs or import fees which have to be paid by the customer.
